Tulsa is a black leather winter knee-high boot with a faux-fur cuff.  The boots are very light, lined with rich leather and feature a quilted pattern on the upper portion, with a gold-toned buckle on the ankle strap. The lug sole will isolate your feet from the cold concrete. 1.5" heel 6mm = 0.23"memory foam insole. Front shaft: 10 3/4" Breathable leather upper, lining. Rubber lug sole. Inside zipper Made in Italy. This style is produced in Italian sizes.
