This high pigment pencil is creamy enough to be blended out as a highlight, or used to draw precise graphic lines anywhere on the face. It glides on with a creamy finish. Designed for application wherever highlight is desired  — inner corner of eyes, along lash line, brow bone, cupid’s bow, or elsewhere. Draw on and blend out with brush or fingers for a highlight effect.
