HOT MOM COOLING PATCH ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Hydrophilic Macro Molecule Material, Mint, Borneol, Water. DIRECTIONS Clean and dry application area. Peel the protective film from the patch. Press patch to the area needing cooling (i.e. forehead, neck, chest) by gently pressing into place. Wear patch up to 1 hour. Remove and discard after use.
