Swan Vase reduction blockprint | 5" x 7" print

Swan Vase reduction blockprint. Printed using a single block carved between each layer for a total of 5 printing sessions. This printing method means I can never replicate the print and therefore is a limited edition. Printed on 100% cotton paper: Legion Stonehenge in "Fawn." Paper measures 5" x 7" and was hand torn to match the deckled edges. Printed by hand with water-based inks. Titled and signed by the artist.  ***NOTE**** Prints 1-8 are the prints which occurred after I realized I had forgotten to carve out a single coreopsis petal. These are the "more perfect" prints. 9-25 feature ONE ACCIDENTAL RED PETAL. I was so wrapped up in how much fun I was having printing these that it took me a while to notice the red petal. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS BEFORE PURCHASING: I have decided to still sell the misprints because I honestly don't think it takes away from the print as a whole and the mistake adds character to the print!
