Leather: Full grain French calfskin Stitching: Cream "Spanish embroidery" style stitching Edges: Blue Lug Width: 20mm Thickness: Roughly 3.2mm Construction Each strap is entirely handcrafted and takes about 4 hours to make. We do not use a sewing machine. We stitch by hand using .45mm thread. The edges are sanded, burnished, painted, and heated several times until perfectly smooth. This process takes 1.5 hours per strap.
