Our Francese is a traditional, hand-shaped Italian roll with a lightly floured crust. 8 rolls 16 oz (1 lb) INGREDIENTS: Unbleached wheat flour (malted barley flour, vitamin C), water, sea salt, fresh yeast, cultured wheat starch, organic malted barley flour. We ship every Monday via UPS. Place order by 12:00 noon PST on Friday for the next Monday shipment.
