Nine Grain Sourdough Round

This bread combines the lightness and fine flavor of our California Sourdough with the nutritious blend of nine different grains. 16 oz (1 lb) INGREDIENTS: Unbleached wheat flour, water, cracked wheat, barley, corn, rye, oats, millet, flax, triticale, brown rice, sea salt, barley malt, vitamin C (in trace amounts). We ship every Monday via UPS. Place order by 12:00 noon PST on Friday for the next Monday shipment.
