Chocolate Cake (Vegan!)

This cake is tender, moist and very chocolatey.  The icing is melted chocolate chips - I love it because it sometimes creates a shell that snaps like a chocolate bar. 2”x4”x6” (approximate), 2-4 servings. Ingredients: water, evaporated cane juice*, stone milled whole wheat flour*, canola oil*, cocoa (dutched)*, apple cider vinegar*, baking soda, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
