2 Country Sourdough Batards (Shipped to you!)

Mildly sour, chewy, grainy and versatile. 40% whole grain flour (local) and 60% white wheat flour. This bread is long fermented and takes us 36 hours to create.  Each loaf is approximately 409g/14oz. Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour*, water, stone milled whole wheat flour*, whole grain culture, sea salt.
