Enjoy a taste of Humboldt County! This was inspired by the bounty of our local grain growers and our wild shoreline. If you love the briny flavors of Beck's Whole Wheat Olive Sourdough - you're probably gonna love this one too...it has locally grown quinoa and local, wildcrafted seaweed. ~534g/18oz (⅓ of a pullman loaf) Ingredients: water, 100% stone ground whole rye flour*, 100% stone ground whole wheat flour*, rainbow quinoa*, seaweed (nori & sea lettuce), sea salt, and wild rye culture.
