Xavier Centennial

Xavier University of Louisiana is celebrating its centennial, and what an incredible milestone it is for this historic institution right here in our community. As the nation’s only Catholic HBCU, Xavier holds a truly special place in higher education. Founded by Saint Katharine Drexel, the university continues to shine through its mission of faith and service. I was so honored to create the commemorative artwork for this celebration. The piece is inspired by Xavier’s beautiful campus and the iconic buildings that rise above the New Orleans skyline.
