Two Tennessee traditions—heritage beekeeping and fine bourbon—come together in this small-batch delicacy. Our raw honey rests in charred oak barrels sourced from Nashville’s legendary Nelson’s Greenbrier Distillery, where they’ve been soaked in bourbon. The result is a rich, smoky-sweet honey with complex flavor notes you won’t find anywhere else. Drizzle it over warm biscuits, stir it into hot tea or toddies, or use it as a secret ingredient in glazes and backyard BBQ sauces. (Hint: it also makes the perfect gift for the bourbon lover in your life.) Each 10 oz glass “flask” holds 100% pure, raw honey—completely alcohol-free. Every batch is unique, so the color may vary from golden amber to deep mahogany.
