Our WINTER CLASS is a FOUR COURSE BEER PAIRING FEAST featuring Winter flavors and celebrating WOOD FIRE: Off-menu, house-made bespoke BEER PAIRING DINNER. Presented by Head Chef Alyssa Brake. Paired by Head Brewer Nate Peck. Chef & Brewer as Culinary + Libation Guides between Courses. Wood-Fire Pearl Onions, House-Pickled Fiddleheads, Salt-Cured Faroe Island Salmon, Wood-Fire Duck Breast, and DOLCI of House-Made Dark Chocolate Pistachio Candy Bar will help you learn what beers pair best with Fish, Fowl, Veg, Bread, and Nut. And Dark Chocolate, of course. Let's not forget that. A German Helles Lager, Belgian Table Beer, Winter Warmer Ale, and American Pale Ale will set your course for adventure through the intersection of food + drink at the artisan level. And we finish with our House-Made Limoncello as Digestivo because, of course. Four Course Beer Pairing Feast is a part of Beer Church University's continuing education series.
