ABV: 7.3% - IBU: 66 - Grain to glass time: 12 days - West Coast IPA Copper body with piny and resinous hops. This beer is all about the hops! To pack all the hop flavor and aromatics in without getting overly bitter,This beer takes 12 days from grain to glass, and another 2-3 weeks in the BEERTAP to work out it’s green flavors. A few drops of ALDC and Haze Reducer with the yeast pitch will cut this maturation time down from 2-3 weeks to just 2-3 days.
