The Frame, Shoulder Straps, Waist Pad and External pouches are not included. The Big Rig external grid field allows the attachment of pouches to meet the users specific configuration needs.  The Big Rig Medical Carriage Insert kit is designed to support the issued M9 Assault Medical Backpack and the Talon II 90C collapsible handle litter. The Medical Carriage Insert Kit included two inserts one supports the M9 with a large hook velcro attachment field. The second, supports the Talon II 90C Collapsible Handle Litter with three 1" buckles and webbing.   The molle Laser cut GRID allows the end user to attach various medical pouches including IFAKs, Aid bags, and other medical focused pouches to provide a tailored medical load carriage solution.
