Ingredients:   Distilled water, Witch Hazel and Lavender Essential Oil. Uses/Benefits:  Anxiety, nervous tension,emotional stress, controls cough. joint and  muscle pain relief,  deodorant and antibacterial, Anti-Inflamatory, headaches, enhances circulation, slows aging, and helps with scaring.  Directions:  Shake well before each use. Spritz on Face and body or on your bedding. Avoid eye area.   Re-apply every 3-4 hours .        Remember  Essential oils are a real botanical.
