Our liquid lipsticks are intensely pigmented, painting your lips with a long lasting color that will stay on for hours. Wait approximately 45 seconds for semi-matte liquid lipstick to dry completely. Use a lip scrub beforehand to remove any dry skin to enhance appearance.
