Tillandsia Bulbosa are similar to Tillandsia Butzii in that they have elongated, wispy tentacle-like leaves. However, they have a bulbous base with firm, smooth-textured leaves. They have less trichomes (white hairs which absorbs moisture and nutrients) so they require more frequent watering and lower light levels. They have beautiful purple blooms.
