I hit an obstacle while working on some other things and started messing around on my dress form, loosely going off some old sketches that involved a balconette neckline, some kind of lace up detail, and swivel hooks in place of garters. She's basically the beautiful Frankenstein of all those various ideas stitched into one "garter" tank. With an almost seamless bra top and a lace up back that allows you to loosen or cinch her with a matching satin ribbon, she starts off very dainty and girly. But then at the very bottom of her four long garter straps are some heavier, more industrial looking swivel hooks that can swing down freely or clip to the Lara thigh garters/anything else you wanna clip them to.
