The tea bushes grow freely among the woodland tree groves scattered within the mountainous terrain.  The early Spring harvest is challenging, requiring a skilled team to harvest the new growth. The soft and downy, pale green buds have a lovely silvery sheen and  produce an exceptional infusion of remarkable clarity, with a fresh, sweet character reminiscent of tender spring shoots.
