Our Heirloom Starter, made from a 150-year-old recipe, is constantly active and full of health benefits. We only nourish it with organic unbleached flour and filtered water, so all you have to do is keep feeding it. Instructions are included to guide you in caring for your new starter.  Our 4 oz jar is enough to start baking and maintain your supply - we even include dehydrated starter to help you build your stock.  Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your delivery, as we make each order fresh. Delivery options and convenient pick-up are available, but please note that our facility handles dairy, nuts, and gluten products.
