You can apply it as a general skin toner or it can be used as a moisturizing facial spritz! You can't go wrong either way! This is the perfect spritz that can be used daily. I have customers who also use this as a natural hair spritz too! The choice is yours! How to Use: Gently cleanse your skin with our African Black Soap, Shea Butter Soap or All-In-One. Rinse your skin with cool water and pat dry. Apply Hibiscus Rose Toner to a cotton pad and pat the cotton pad all over your face area. You can also simply spritz toner all over your face and move over to the next step.
