THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR BELTMAN BELTS, SO IF YOUR BELT WAS MANUFACTURED BY ANY COMPANY OTHER THAN BELTMAN, DO NOT ORDER THIS SERVICE. **** DUE TO THE INCREASING USE OF WEIGHT-LOSS DRUGS, AND THE CORRESPONDING INCREASE IN SHORTENING ORDERS, OUR CURRENT LEAD TIME ON SHORTENING BELTS CAN BE ANYWHERE FROM ONE TO TWO WEEKS. Lost a lot of weight but not ready to give up your much-loved Beltman belt?  We can shorten most Beltman belts made from bull hide, horse hide, shrunken bison, shark, elephant, and alligator, but we DO NOT shorten tapered belts or No-Buckle (Velcro) belts.
