Long before anyone shared their secret to growth, I was in love with the concept of the Vision Board.  But here's the problem, that elusive Vision that hung in my office cubicle or stuck to my bathroom mirror was something I'd create once a year at most.  And while yes, Vision Boards work - they're fun, creative, and inspiring - what I found myself in constant need of was recognition.  No, not the kind of recognition that comes with a slap on the back and an honorary trophy.  I had a need for recognizing myself - for my growth, for my met needs.  So, now I do a REFLECTION BOARD. Once a year, at the start of my January BeMo Journal, I use my creative dot pages to build a Vision Board.  But every journal I finish after that, my creative pages lend themselves to what I call the REFLECTION BOARD - a simple practice of creating a visual Table of Contents of all the sparks of joy, happy highlights, and moments of met need that exist within those pages.  I print out photos of time in nature,
