Also known as Karkade, Sorrel, Flor de Jamaica. Hibiscus Flowers are the dried sepals of trumpet-shaped, deep burgundy fruits (Sorrel), grow after the flowers bloom in the Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) plant.  To make Tea: Pour a cup of boiling water over 1-2tsp dried flowers, steep for 5-10min. (steep longer for a stronger flavor),strain, Sweeten with honey, drink 2- 3 cups /day.
