This sauce is made with local fatali peppers from Quill Hill Farm in East Poultney, VT. A fatali is a gnarly looking pepper that looks a lot like a shriveled yellow ghost pepper. The sauce is also made with fresh pineapple and organic ginger. It is phenomenal on fish tacos, scallops, chicken, and white fish of any kind.
