Half Bison Deposit

Half Custom orders can be scheduled for a processing date as early as 2 months from the order date.  Orders are available for pickup only, directly from our processor in Sayre, OK, and will be ready 2 weeks after processing date. Payments will include a deposit, paid online at order, and then additional installments that will be finalized based on which package is ordered and the level of customization.  After you place your order, you will receive an email with scheduling details and your cut sheet. Customized half bison is $9/pound on the hanging weight plus any additional processor costs as dictated by the processor for particular customization, deposit applies to total cost.   The Half option is fully customizable, yielding approximately 200 pounds of meat.  Pricing is based on the hanging weight, which currently averages 275-300 pounds.  Total cost will be approximately $2,475 with a retail average of $12.40 per pound.Final pricing will vary based on the level of customization as determined by the processor.
