About Aurora - Breakfast Blend The Cup Aurora is a unique blend of origins, crafted with a single focus - smoothness.  A nutty and chocolatey Brazil from Vinhal Estate sets the foundation of this blend, and an organic Peru from Rutas del Inca cooperative contributes notes of dried cherries, almond, and milk chocolate. Organically-grown, natural-processed Ethiopia completes the blend, adding a hint of sweet fruitiness to the rich and rounded cup.  Roasted to a medium-dark level, Aurora avoids the bright acidity present in lighter roasts, but also spares the heavy bittering tones of darker roasts.  The resulting cup is true crowd pleaser and one of our most popular "omni" roasts for smooth filter brewing and rich, crema-laden espresso. The Roast Compared to our other Signature House Blend, Stargazer, Aurora is a few degrees lighter in roast, with a noticeably smoother mouthfeel, less bittering notes, and a cleaner finish.  If you enjoy Medium to Medium-Dark roasts with a
