1999-2005 Mazda Miata Rear Bumper Cover, Black #3 #flaws

99-05 Mazda Mx5 Bumper rear  Paint has a lot of scuffs and scratches as shown (did my best to show them all)  All bumper mounting points are intact  may have some light scratches and scuffs that do not show up in the photos  Do not buy this expecting perfect paint it is a good candidate to be repainted.  No dents or deformations  Color is Black (unsure of color code)  Ships Ups Ground.
