Green Tray

 Each Benty Cakes mold set comes with a tray but if you are like me and appreciate having extras here you go.  While you only need one tray to complete your cake pucks (during the melted chocolate stage,) I find myself using them in a variety of ways.  If you don't always have a flat space in your fridge or freezer they help support your small mold while your cores chill. The trays are great for storing your chilled cores while you make more and  fit easily inside a large ziplock bag which helps keeps your cores fresh and moist in the fridge as they wait to be dipped in chocolate.  They are also great for stacking the filled molds on top of each other! Just place a small piece of parchment or wax paper in between. And.... they are super cute!  This purchase is for ONE green tray.
