Heirloom Spelt Bistro Bread

This Bistro bread is unique in a few ways. You’ll notice from the ingredients, that this bread contains both whole grain spelt and white spelt flour as well as Avocado Oil and Banana Puree. These ingredients give a different flavor and texture to the bread making them a little sweet and wonderfully soft. But one thing that hasn’t changed is that all of the ingredients in this bread as in all of our breads, are Non-GMO and Kosher Parve.  Another great feature is that these loaves are sold unsliced so that you can determine how thick or thin you want your slices to be. The soft nature of this bread makes it easy to slice so you don't have to worry about using a chainsaw to slice through it. And last but certainly not least - these loaves were made so that you can enjoy them in two different ways.
