Perfectly proportioned and weighted, it contours the neck while a curated blend of herbs imparts aromatherapy for relaxation.  Usage Instructions Hot Therapy: Heat in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Test for desired temperature. If more warmth is needed, heat in 30-second intervals, shifting herbs to distribute heat evenly. Do not overheat. Check temperature before use. Cold Therapy: Herbal wraps can be cooled by placing them in the freezer.
