Our peach jam is made with local Red Haven peaches and it is far cry from your average store bought jam. As soon as you pop the lid open you can smell the sweet summery aroma of fresh peaches. It's great to use in many ways, but our favorite is on a good piece of toasted sourdough with a nice layer of butter underneath. Fabulous!
