A Field-Ready True GMT Built for Real Terrain The Outpost GMT was shaped by the landscapes we know best — the Appalachian Trail, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the rugged climbs of the Black Mountains in Western North Carolina. These are the ridgelines and switchbacks where we spend our weekends, and where our watches earn their keep. A Dial That Reveals the Mountains In daylight, the Outpost GMT features a clean white dial with high-contrast black indices and hands for instant legibility. Look closer and you’ll notice a subtle texture running across the surface. When darkness falls — or when charged under UV — the full-lume BGW9 dial ignites, and that texture resolves into the silhouette of a mountain range hidden within the dial.
