Bard Medical Hydroglide® Guidewire 0.038" x 145, Straight Tip, Sterile, Latex-free Guidewires are used in ureteroscopic procedures to access the ureter, identify the ureteral tract and guide instrumentation. The HydroGlide® guidewire has a hydrophilic coating and is available in multiple sizes. The HydroGlide® guidewire has a hydrophilic coating that is ultra slippery for maximized catheter/stent track ability. The proximal 20cm segment is uncoated to ensure confident handling. The guidewire is color-coded for size identification. Green-.025", Violet-.035” and Blue-.038”. The guidewire has a flexible atraumatic tip for optimal flexibility and minimized trauma.
