Drop-ins are eligible for a one day workout at any Better Body group training class. *Monday on the Mat* This class is designed to wake up those weekend bones and joints with a mix of stretching, Pilates and Better Body resistance band exercises, all performed on your mat. (Better Body Resistance Bands required). *Wednesday Cardio Party* A fun, fast-paced workout to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. Have your water close by (as always) and get ready to SWEAT!!  *Friday Strength Training* Don't let weights scare you! This class can benefit everyone, whether you want to tone up or build muscle. Choose whichever weights are comfortable for you and see for yourself!  *Saturday Strength and Conditioning* Come round out that strength training with some strength and conditioning!
