This coffee is produced by a group of farmers in Chiapas, the most southern state of Mexico, bordering Guatemala. The landscape here is lush, with a combination of rainforest and pine forest, and lends itself naturally to organic farming practices. These farmers not only work together to make sure they have a positive environmental impact, protecting the forests around them, but also focus on cultivating a high quality coffee by having a forward thinking and innovative approach.
