Calendula Petals

Calendula, also known as pot marigolds (Calendula officinalis), is often used in lotions and oils to keep the skin smooth and soft, and in teas and tinctures for relief from skin inflammation and irritation. We use in dyeing in leu of Aztec marigolds. Used for soft yellows to orange or olive green. We like using in bundle dyeing! Modifiers: alkaline and iron We buy in bulk from a San Fran company but it originally is coming from Egypt.
