Butterfly pea (clitoria ternatea) flowers are usually steeped and drank as a tea, we love to use these little guys in bundle dyeing. The leave a little burst of purple, with a little iron they can lean towards blue. You can make into a dye bath as well to beautiful pale purple and blue depending on the fiber.
