• Processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS days. Meaning, holidays and weekends do not apply to the processing time. Once the processing time is finished, your item will ship after stated amount of days above. Although it’s rare, sometimes due to weather, inventory, or post office issues we may run behind. If this does occur, we message you right away and keep you updated the entire time. If you need an item sooner than stated above, please message us BEFORE ordering said item. We will do our best to get you your item when it’s needed by. If we cannot, we will also let you know as well.   • This item design is DTG.. meaning direct to garment. If you aren’t sure of what this means, please feel free to google/research before purchasing so you know exactly what to expect. DTG involves laying ink directly on a garment without using screens.. With the DTF process, the design is truly embedded in the fabric. You will still be able to feel the design some unlike sublimation but overall, this is the best lasting form.   • Sizing is unisex! Meaning, your normal size will not be as fitted and a size up will be looser/more oversized. Most shirts are a polyester/cotton mix. If you want to know for sure, please message us with the item description and will will verify for sure what the material is made up of!   • Please be sure to follow the washing instructions of each handmade item. This will ensure that your items design will last the longest possible time. DTG, Sublimation, & Screen Printed items all benefit with the following washing instructions:   • Turn your item inside out. • Fill your washing machine with cold water. • Use the correct amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach or Fabric Softeners. • Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine. • Air Dry your item or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer.   If you have any questions at all, or receive your item and have issues.. please do not hesitate to message us.
