• Processing time is 7-14 BUSINESS days. Meaning, holidays and weekends do not apply to the processing time. Once the processing time is finished, your item will ship after stated amount of days above. It may be sooner than this, we just like to give ourselves enough processing time as our workload can be excessive sometimes & it’s hard to keep up. We will do our best to get you your item when it’s needed by. If we cannot, we will also let you know as well.  • This item is Sublimated - Sublimation is a type of printing process that utilizes heat to transfer dye into fabric. Colors and images are dye-sublimated onto transfer paper. It is different from screen printing in that you are dying the fabric of the shirt, rather than printing on top of it. • Sizing is unisex! Meaning, your normal size will not be as fitted and a size up will be looser/more oversized. Most shirts are a polyester/cotton mix. If you want to know for sure, please message us with the item description and will will verify for sure what the material is made up of! • Please be sure to follow the washing instructions of each handmade item. This will ensure that your items design will last the longest possible time. DTG, Sublimation, & Screen Printed items all benefit with the following washing instructions:  • Turn your item inside out. • Fill your washing machine with cold water. • Use the correct amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach or Fabric Softeners. • Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine. • Air Dry your item or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer.   If you have any questions at all, or receive your item and have issues.. please do not hesitate to message us. I will do my best to respond to you but most likely you’ll get responses from me in the evenings on these days.  Wednesday + Friday: 7AM-5PM  Weekends & Holidays: Closed/Taking mental health breaks.
