A great-value alternative to the Ribeye The Delmonico, also called a Chuck Eye Steak, comes from the chuck primal and is the continuation of the same muscle as a ribeye, extending into the shoulder of the animal. Because of this, it shares many similarities with the iconic ribeye and is a highly-tender steak great for grilling.  Certified ONYA®  Our flagship line of products, Certified ONYA® steaks come from dairy-beef crossbred cattle and are dry aged a minimum of 14 days.
