Picanha

An icon of the churrascaria or Brazilian steakhouse, the picanha, also known as the coulotte, is an incredibly flavorful and tender cut taken from the sirloin. Often prepared as individual steaks skewered in the shape of a "C" and grilled over charcoal, the thick fat cap adds rich, beefy flavor into every bite.
