The table top is solid oak and finished with organic, renewable food grade tung oil then buffed with local beeswax for a totally waterproof surface and easy to clean. This is the same tops we use in restaurants, bars, hotels, breweries, etc. and it's really tough. The base is all hand crafted recycled steel with a retired tractor disc from the 1940's.
