Soma Sundays | Sound + Touch Healing

Sunday, December 21st, 2025 | 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM  Join us for an intimate 90-minute wellness experience designed to calm the mind, relax the body and reconnect you to yourself through touch, sound and stillness. This immersive session weaves together three restorative modalities: Guided Facial Massage led by Frankie - a slow, intentional self-massage practice to ease facial tension and support circulation using Soma’s plant-based facial oil. Foot Massage with Amber - a grounding touch therapy to release stress and restore balance through reflex points in the feet. Sound Bath by Crystal - a deeply meditative sound journey to reset the nervous system and invite peace within. Limited to 6 guests for a serene and personal experience. Yoga mats will be provided.
