1 teaspoon to 1 cup (6 to 8 oz)
3 teaspoons to 3 cups (21 to 24oz)
1 tablespoon to 3 cups (21 to 24oz)
5 tablespoons to 1 gallon (128oz)
Remember to always boil your water first, take off the heat before adding any herbs. Also, remember to still drink lots of room temp. water throughout the day.
You can also add stevia, honey, agave, or lime/lemon/orange to sweeten the tea.  Don’t forget the drops
