Get Fit with Sam and LJ  ( just the Workouts)  With this program it allows you to renew automatically each month until you cancel. The start of each month you get moved to the next program. Month 1-3 you save $5 by subscribing and month 4-14 you save $15 The workout program is easily accessible from your phone with our BYBG App. Once you download the App it will open you to having access to the same workouts completed by Samantha Gibson , daily access to Personal Trainer LJ and accountability. A link to download the App will be sent to the E-mail you provide at checkout and will go out on Friday (the Friday prior to the program starting). If you order after that time frame you will get placed in the program within 24 hours. The program start every Monday. Recommended Equipment: 10lb+ dumbbells and 15lb kettlebell if you are just starting and each month as you progress your weights should get heavier  Program Includes: -Daily Workout (number of set, reps and water breaks) -Video of each
