Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone or build, this program is just for you.  A link to download the App will be sent to the E-mail you provide at checkout and will go out the last Friday of the month (the Friday prior to the program starting). If you order after that time frame you will get placed in the program within 24 hours. The program starts the first Monday each month. Within the App you will find your Meal Prep Menu. Workout time is determined by the weights you use but on average a workout should take 30 min. I recommend starting with 10lb dumbbells and progressively building.  Included: -Monthly
