Dead Pool Playing Card Ballpoint Pen

Discarded Dead Pool character playing cards are cleaned and recycled.  The playing card is folded over and over again then carefully stripped inch by inch from the backing. The image is then adhered to a brass tube and placed into a mold.  The assembly is coated with a non-yellowing polyester resin over a three-day period for maximum protection. The tube is then placed on a lathe, turned, wet sanded, polished and buffed.  After inspection, it is assembled with the pen components.
