Sold by the yard (36") and length cut to order, these iron-on silk brocades are designed to create beautiful decorative borders or margins around your original Chinese brush paintings or Japanese Sumi paintings using the dry-mounting technique. Each brocade comes pre-backed with heat-activated silicone film, making it convenient to use. Simply cut the silk into your desired size, and iron it onto the backing paper at 180-200°F (between the wool and cotton settings) for 15 seconds to activate the adhesive.
